If you cannot login with your account, please follow below steps.
1. Make a new account with your real personal information.
2. Contact "Personal Information" section in C/S center and write a C/S post with detailed information(account name/character name with server name/character level etc.) for us to check your account exactly.
3. Attach two image files to the C/S post. One is an image file of your identitication card written in English and the other is a photo of yourself holding your identification card next to your face.
4. Wait C/S answer.
If you cannot write out any message, write it down into text file(.txt) and attach it to a C/S post.
When you write any sentense or words on C/S post, do not use special letters like ' * % ! etc.
And, in the post, just write "check attached text."
You must know the fact that we do not ask any user's account information(account password, secondary password, registered email, secret number, etc)in any circumstances and do not contact through any messengers like msn, live messenger, yahoo messenger, etc.
